At AgraPetha, we strive to provide our customers with the finest quality sweet items, including Petha and Gajak. As these items fall under the category of food products, we have a limited return policy in place. We only accept returns under the following circumstances:

Wrong Item Shipped: If you receive an incorrect item in your order, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the package, and we will arrange for the return and replacement of the wrong item.

RETURN PROCESS

a. Send an email to clueofcase@gmail.com with the subject line “Return Request – Wrong Item Shipped.”

b. In the email, please provide the following details:

Order number
Description of the wrong item received
Supporting evidence (e.g., clear images of the received item)
Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund)

c. Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with further instructions. d. If approved, we will arrange for the return of the wrong item. Please ensure the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. e. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your replacement or issue a refund according to your preference.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT POINTS

We do not accept returns for any other reasons besides receiving the wrong item.
For quality and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for edible items that have been opened or consumed.
Return shipping costs for the wrong item will be borne by Agrapetha.
The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
